As brother and sister, James and Jessica have always shared a special bond that goes deeper than most siblings. But when their mom was killed in a tragic car wreck, their grandma was the only family member that they had left. Grandma loved them and tried to maintain a sense of normalcy for the kids at home … but at 73 years old, she realized that she just couldn’t give them all of the love and attention they needed. But because of the generosity of donors like you, James and Jessica are experiencing the happy and healthy childhood that every kid deserves in the Campus Life program at TBCH. They have been able to grow up in a stable, loving home environment with other children their age and house parents who provide for them. They are learning how to cope with their past and they are developing healthy social skills, as well as solid, trusting relationships. They are doing well in school, too!
As you consider your year-end and Christmas season giving, please remember that your gift isn’t just for a season or a specific time of the year. It is something that makes a difference in the lives of the children and families served by our family of ministries each and every day of the year!
